We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent service and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers. The ideal candidate should have patience, a friendly personality, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and escort customers to their tables

• Present menus and provide detailed information upon request (e.g. portion size, ingredients, food allergies)

• Set up tables with linens, silverware, and glassware

• Inform customers of daily specials

• Offer menu recommendations when requested

• Upsell additional menu items when appropriate

• Take accurate food and beverage orders using captain order pads or POS systems

• Verify age for alcoholic beverage service

• Communicate orders clearly to kitchen staff

• Serve food and beverages promptly

• Check dishes for presentation and cleanliness; report any issues

• Maintain clean and organized dining areas

• Deliver checks and process payments

• Return used dishes and utensils to the dishwashing area

• Participate in pre-shift briefings to review menu changes and reservations

• Follow health and safety regulations

• Ensure consistent and friendly customer service

• Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude – always smile!

Requirements:

• Personal hygiene and grooming must be excellent

• Experience with POS and ordering systems

• Basic math skills
