The Opportunity
We're hiring a branch-level Restaurant Manager to take full ownership of one of our Amman locations. You'll
lead the team, run the operation, and be the person who sets the tone — every single day. This is a role for
someone who is energized by people, disciplined about standards, and genuinely motivated by work that
means something.


What You'll Own
Operations
• Daily running of the restaurant across all dayparts
• Food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness to Dar Ne'meh standards
• Food safety protocols, inventory, and supplier coordination
Your Team
• Scheduling, coaching, and performance conversations
• Building a culture of accountability and pride
• Handling shift planning and escalating HR issues through the right channels
The Numbers
• Sales tracking, cost awareness, and daily reporting
• Early flagging of variances and proposing corrective actions
• Petty cash management and accurate end-of-day reconciliation
Guest Experience
• Modelling exceptional hospitality and holding the team to the same standard
• Resolving guest complaints directly, calmly, and with ownership
• Gathering feedback and acting on it
You're the Right Fit If You Have
• 5-10 years in F&B, with at least 1–2 years leading a team
• Experience managing 10+ staff in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational habits and a coaching mindset
• Basic financial literacy — you understand margins, not just menus
• Arabic fluency; English is a strong plus
• A genuine connection to mission-driven work
