Hot & Cold Kitchen Chef

A Lebanese restaurant is looking to hire a Hot & Cold Kitchen Chef to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present Lebanese hot and cold dishes in accordance with recipes and restaurant standards.

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and food safety regulations.

  • Monitor daily stock of ingredients and report needs to management.

  • Maintain food quality, taste consistency, and proper presentation.

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Lebanese cuisine (hot and cold).

  • Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.

  • Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.

  • Strong commitment, reliability, and punctuality.
