A Lebanese restaurant is looking to hire a Hot & Cold Kitchen Chef to join our team.
Prepare and present Lebanese hot and cold dishes in accordance with recipes and restaurant standards.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and food safety regulations.
Monitor daily stock of ingredients and report needs to management.
Maintain food quality, taste consistency, and proper presentation.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Lebanese cuisine (hot and cold).
Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.
Good knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.
Strong commitment, reliability, and punctuality.
