Job Description
 We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Host to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they enter our establishment. The Host will play a key role in managing guest flow, ensuring a smooth and organized experience, and contributing to the overall success of the front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements, ensuring that guests are seated in a timely and comfortable manner.
• Maintain an organized waiting list and communicate with guests regarding wait times.
• Assist in coordinating with the service team to ensure seamless guest service.
• Provide guests with information about the restaurant, menu, and promotions.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure that the dining area is clean, well-organized, and ready for guests at all times.
• Assist with the flow of guests during peak hours, ensuring efficient seating and minimizing wait times.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Manage guest complaints or special requests, coordinating with management as necessary.
• Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or hospitality training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Previous experience as a host, receptionist, or in a similar customer service role.
• Knowledge of reservation systems and guest management software.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
