Job Vacancy: Guest Service Agent
Hotel in 7 Circle in Amman is seeking a Guest Service Agent to support guest operations across the following areas:
Call Center – Restaurant Reception – Spa Reception
Working Hours: Shift-based (9 hours per shift)
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and handle inquiries professionally.
- Manage reservations (restaurant, spa, room services).
- Answer and transfer incoming calls; log and follow up on guest requests.
- Coordinate spa schedules and restaurant seating arrangements.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and address complaints promptly.
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver high-quality service.
Qualifications
- High school diploma minimum (Diploma/Bachelor’s in Hospitality preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in guest service or front office.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts.
- Very good command of English.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in PMS & POS systems.
- Strong skills in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with hotel front office and reservation systems.
Good interpersonal skills
