Food & Beverage Manager

Al Mohra Resort announces its desire to appoint a Food & Beverage Manager with high professional and managerial experience to join the resort’s distinguished team. Al Mohra Resort is considered the first of its kind in Jordan, offering a wide range of high-quality services in one location, including hospitality services such as accommodation, restaurant and café operations, in addition to providing a unique horse-riding experience in a wonderful and enjoyable atmosphere.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Head Chef and Barista.
  • Oversee the Chalet (Accommodation) Department.
  • Operate and manage the resort’s restaurants and café.
  • Prepare annual plans for the various departments and discuss them with senior management.
  • Ensure the delivery of all services at the highest quality standards.
  • Build a distinguished team capable of delivering a unique customer experience.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for each department and provide the necessary support.
  • Coordinate with different departments to improve operations according to business needs.
  • Build a team capable of problem-solving and crisis management.
  • Prepare periodic reports and submit them to management, including recommendations for improvement.
  • Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and handle work pressure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
