Al Mohra Tourist Resort is seeking to appoint a highly experienced Executive Chef to join its distinguished team at one of the most unique resorts in Jordan.
Oversee all kitchen operations and daily activities.
Develop and design menus aligned with the resort’s concept.
Lead, manage, and evaluate kitchen staff performance.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Control food costs and manage inventory in coordination with management.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent.
Relevant academic qualification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
English language proficiency is preferred
