Al Mohra Tourist Resort is seeking to appoint a highly experienced Executive Chef to join its distinguished team at one of the most unique resorts in Jordan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all kitchen operations and daily activities.

  • Develop and design menus aligned with the resort’s concept.

  • Lead, manage, and evaluate kitchen staff performance.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

  • Control food costs and manage inventory in coordination with management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent.

  • Relevant academic qualification in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management is preferred.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • English language proficiency is preferred
