Job Title: Barista

Location: Airport Road

 Job Purpose:

• Prepare and serve premium coffee and other beverages.
• Ensure a pleasant customer experience through professional and prompt service.
• Maintain the quality of beverages and equipment.
• Interact with customers in a positive manner to ensure their complete satisfaction.
• Contribute to a clean and organized work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Beverage preparation: Prepare and mix hot and cold beverages such as coffee (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.) and other beverages based on customer requests.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders carefully, and serving drinks professionally.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that prepared beverages are in line with established quality and taste standards, paying attention to the smallest details in preparation.
• Care of equipment: Keep coffee equipment (such as espresso machines, blenders, etc.) clean and maintained and make sure they are working efficiently.
• Inventory management: Keep track of the inventory of necessary materials such as coffee, milk, sugar, and other supplies, and make sure they are regularly available.
• Innovation and creativity: Creating new drink recipes and making suggestions for customers to try different options.
• Handle payments: Handling the payment machine, presenting invoices to customers, and making accurate financial transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness of the workplace, including counter and equipment, and ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills with customers and the ability to handle different situations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of coffee types and preparation methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills in customer service and meeting customer needs quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to work as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in barista or guest service is preferred.
• Degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
