Opal Hotel – Amman is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Banqueting Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic events team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and organizing all banqueting sales activities, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Sales Support & Coordination:
Assist the banqueting sales team with administrative and technical tasks.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts for prospective clients.
Event Coordination:
Work closely with operations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
Follow up with clients during the planning process to ensure all needs are met.
Proposal & Contract Management:
Create tailored quotations based on client requirements.
Draft and document all sales contracts with accuracy and clarity.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Handle inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Gather client feedback post-event to support continuous improvement.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Coordinate with various hotel departments (sales, operations, kitchen) to deliver successful events.
Ensure all teams are aligned on event requirements and expectations.
Administrative Support:
Manage client files and documentation.
Prepare reports related to banqueting sales and event statistics.
Performance Monitoring:
Track sales progress and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Submit regular performance updates to the Banqueting Sales Manager.
Market Research & Opportunities:
Monitor trends in the banqueting and events market.
Identify new business opportunities to grow revenue.
Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Previous experience in sales or administrative coordination (preferably in events or hospitality).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
