Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough and ingredients daily according to approved recipes.

  • Bake traditional Arabic bread such as Taboon, Manakeesh, and Baladi bread with high quality and consistency.

  • Control oven temperature and baking time to achieve perfect results.

  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bakery area and tools.

  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

  • Coordinate with the kitchen team to meet production and service timelines.

  • Contribute to developing new recipes or improving existing products.

 

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in traditional Arabic bakeries.

  • Knowledge of dough preparation, fermentation, and baking techniques.

  • Attention to detail with speed and precision.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Punctual, reliable, and disciplined.

  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
