The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving the hotel’s sales performance and enhancing market presence. The position involves both strategic learning and proactive execution to achieve the hotel’s business goals.
Gain in-depth knowledge of the hotel’s products, services, and unique value propositions.
Research and analyze the local and regional markets to identify opportunities and trends.
Monitor competitors and provide insights to strengthen the hotel’s market position.
Establish strong professional relationships with key industry partners — including local convention bureaus, hotel associations, airlines, travel agents, tour operators, and embassies.
Participate in preparing sales budgets and recommend the most effective allocation of resources (advertising, direct mail, client entertainment, etc.).
Contribute to sales forecasting and strategic planning efforts.
Maximize guest spending and increase the average revenue per stay.
Drive occupancy rates and optimize room pricing strategies.
Generate additional business during low-demand periods through targeted initiatives.
Propose and execute special offers and promotional campaigns for both Rooms and F&B outlets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with FIT, corporate, convention, and tour group clients.
Coordinate and support internal promotions, sales meetings, banquets, and special events.
Contribute to the hotel’s overall business growth through advertising, sales promotions, personal selling, public relations, community engagement, and guest relations activities.
