Hiring Announcement – Italian Restaurant Chain

 

We are expanding our team and currently looking to hire a Restaurant Manager

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry (Italian cuisine experience is a plus)
  •  
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
  •  
  • Strong understanding of service sequence & guest service protocols
  •  
  • Proven leadership and people management skills
  •  
  • Ability to supervise kitchen & service teams
  •  
  • Ability to handle daily operations, reporting, scheduling, and stock control
  •  
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  •  
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  •  
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
