Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily shifts to ensure an exceptional customer experience that exceeds expectations.

- Support and guide the team through training and skill development.

- Enhance financial results by increasing sales and reducing costs.

- Lead by example, maintaining high standards of personal and restaurant cleanliness.

- Coordinate weekly schedules and supervise all departments.

- Ensure the implementation and compliance with internal policies and procedures.

- Contribute to the development and execution of projects managed by the Operations Manager.

- Monitor individual employee performance and provide recommendations on salary adjustments.

- Ensure the highest food quality standards and the use of premium raw materials.

- Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.

- Review and implement sales and financial performance reports.

- Oversee the necessary maintenance of the restaurant and equipment.


Requirements:

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing full-service restaurants (specializing in Middle Eastern cuisine).

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and sound decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

- Strong knowledge of food and labor cost management to achieve financial goals.

- Commitment to service excellence, teamwork, and fostering a positive work environment.

- Ability to train and develop staff while enhancing their skills.

- Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
