Executive Secretary
Al Markazia Restaurant is looking to hire a highly skilled Executive Secretary to join our team.
Responsibilities:
•Organize and manage the Executive Director’s schedule.
•Handle calls, emails, and communication with various stakeholders.
•Coordinate internal and external meetings and events.
•Monitor daily tasks and projects to ensure efficient completion.
•Prepare reports and presentations.
•Maintain confidentiality and manage administrative documents efficiently.
Requirements:
•3 to 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Secretary.
•Full proficiency in Arabic and English.
•Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
•Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
•Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
