Job Announcement: Executive Secretary
Al-Markazia Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Secretary to provide crucial administrative and organizational support to our Executive Director. This role is central to maintaining seamless internal and external operations.
Executive Support: Expertly manage and organize the Executive Director’s complex schedule, prioritizing appointments and managing time effectively.
Communication Hub: Handle and filter all incoming and outgoing communications, including calls and emails, serving as the primary liaison between the Executive Director and various internal and external stakeholders.
Coordination & Logistics: Plan, coordinate, and manage all logistics for internal meetings, external appointments, and key corporate events.
Project Monitoring: Track and monitor daily tasks and ongoing projects to ensure deadlines are met and initiatives are completed efficiently.
Documentation: Prepare, proofread, and format professional reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality while managing and archiving administrative and sensitive documents.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an Executive Secretary or similar high-level administrative role.
Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Exceptional organizational, time management, and follow-up capabilities.
Advanced computer proficiency, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure, anticipate needs, and prioritize competing tasks efficiently.
