Captain


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Captain to lead our service team. The Captain will be responsible for supervising waiters, ensuring excellent customer service, managing table arrangements, and coordinating with the kitchen. The ideal candidate must have leadership skills, hospitality experience, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take food and drink orders accurately.
  • Supervise and support waiters during service.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient dining operations.
  • Greet and interact with guests to ensure satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and high service standards.

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
