Al Daiyaa was founded by two young friends, Saeed Rasas and Raed Badir. Growing up in Jordan, they often enjoyed shawarma together as they talked and dreamed about their future. However, they lived with a sense of dissatisfaction with the variety of taste and quality of the shawarma they ate. From store to store and even day to day, the standard of each shawarma was different, often poorly served and not served in the best surroundings. The friends longed for a place to regularly enjoy one of the best Jordanian cuisines in a clean and inviting environment.

The guys had a dream to change the shawarma industry, to revolutionize the concept of shawarma in people's thinking to a delicious, high-quality meal that could be enjoyed in a clean and friendly restaurant environment. It was at that moment that Daiya was born! Recognizing the need and committing to the vision, Saeed and Raed worked hard over many years to turn their dream into reality. Starting from a single restaurant, the business has grown to become a successful chain, a household name in Jordan and the nation's favorite choice for shawarma.

In partnership with its manufacturing company, Al Nawah, Al Daiyaa Shawarma meets international standards of food hygiene and ensures that every bite is as fresh and delicious as the past. The story of Daiyaa continues as the business partners begin to dream about the future, franchising the chain globally. The next step is their vision to bring the successful combination of delicious taste and good service to the world that made it a sensation in Jordan.
