This mini-course is designed to offer a comprehensive understanding of project risk management processes. Risk management is often overlooked in project planning, leading to delays, financial losses, and failure to meet project objectives. The program covers the full risk management lifecycle, including the development of a risk management plan, risk identification, qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, risk response planning and implementation, and ongoing risk monitoring. Participants will gain the tools and knowledge needed to proactively manage risks and improve project success rates.
