The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing warehouse staff and ensuring smooth workflow by supervising daily warehouse operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations and procedures, including the following tasks:
- Supervising the preparation of daily orders with warehouse staff
- Printing daily orders and verifying materials before loading onto vehicles
- Ensuring that daily orders are loaded correctly onto vehicles without any shortages
- Entering daily purchase invoices in coordination with the warehouse keeper
- Assisting the warehouse keeper in receiving orders from suppliers
- Continuously ensuring that actual stock matches recorded quantities and maintaining proper documentation and archiving
- Ensuring expired materials are separated from usable items according to regulations
- Ensuring compliance with all instructions and regulations issued by the Ministry of Health and the Food and Drug Administration within the warehouse department
- Supervising and ensuring the organization, cleanliness, and proper arrangement of the warehouse and orders
- Monitoring expiration dates of all warehouse items and ensuring stock is arranged according to the FIFO (First In, First Out) system
- Supervising warehouse staff and ensuring their compliance with company rules and regulations
- Adhering to internal company policies, procedures, and regulations, and carrying out tasks assigned by the direct manager, whether mentioned in this document or not
