We are looking for a food and beverage server (waiter/waitress) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests. Applicants must have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Warmly greet customers and present the menu.
Accurately take food and beverage orders and serve them professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
Promptly address complaints or requests.
Clean tables and maintain
Compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is a plus; at least one year of experience is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends.
• Neat and presentable appearance.
