Location: Opal Hotel Amman
Responsible for delivering exceptional dining service to guests, ensuring a high-quality experience aligned with Opal Hotel standards. Duties include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present the menu and provide recommendations when needed.
Take guest orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service flow.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
Handle guest complaints politely and report them to the supervisor.
Set up and clean tables and maintain the restaurant before and after service.
High school diploma minimum.
1 year of experience in a hotel or fine dining restaurant (preferred).
Strong communication skills.
Presentable appearance and ability to work under pressure.
Good command of English is a plus.
