Job Title: Waiter

Job Summary:

Responsible for delivering exceptional dining service to guests, ensuring a high-quality experience aligned with Opal Hotel standards. Duties include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.

• Present the menu and provide recommendations when needed.

• Take guest orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.

• Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.

• Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service flow.

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Handle guest complaints politely and report them to the supervisor.

• Set up and clean tables and maintain the restaurant before and after service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma minimum.

• 1 year of experience in a hotel or fine dining restaurant (preferred).

• Strong communication skills.

• Presentable appearance and ability to work under pressure.

• Good command of English is a plus.
