Tour Coordinator

  • Organizing and coordinating tours for individuals and groups 
  • Exchanging e-mails and correspondences in addition to maintaining positive relations with various International Tour operators.
  • Calculated the financial & managerial cost of events and programs; determine profitability
  • Answered telephone calls; sustained open communication with clients.
  • Collecting and making sure to receive all necessary booking information required and coordinating these information effectively with the Operations department
  • Preparing invoices  making sure all numerical data were correct.
  • Reserving and booking rooms in hotels; in addition, to preparing monthly reservation reports for the different reservation departments of the hotels.
