Ticketing Agent

We are looking for a skilled Ticketing Agent to join our team at Refan Travel & Tourism. If you have experience in flight reservations and ticketing, this is your opportunity to be part of a growing travel company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process flight bookings and issue tickets accurately.
  • Utilize Travelport Galileo for reservations and ticketing.
  • Assist clients with itinerary planning, ticket changes, and cancellations.
  • Ensure all bookings comply with airline policies and fare rules.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and client details.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Travelport Galileo is a must.
  • Strong attention to detail to avoid booking errors.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in ticketing or travel reservations is preferred.
