Senior HR Specialist

Al Mohra Tourist Resort announces its desire to hire a “Senior HR Specialist” with strong professional experience to join its distinguished team. The resort is considered one of a kind in Jordan, offering a wide range of high-quality services in one place, including hospitality services such as accommodation, restaurants, and cafés, in addition to providing an enjoyable horse riding experience in a wonderful atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage HR planning, recruitment, and talent acquisition processes in line with operational needs.
* Oversee performance management systems, analyze HR indicators, and provide reports and recommendations to senior management.
* Develop and update HR policies, procedures, employee handbook, and job descriptions to ensure an organized and effective work environment.
* Supervise payroll processes and ensure accuracy in salaries, benefits, deductions, and related HR operations.
* Enhance employee engagement and workplace culture through incentives, recognition programs, and internal communication initiatives.
* Identify training needs, implement annual training plans, and evaluate training effectiveness.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and support decision-making through accurate HR data and analysis.

Qualifications & Requirements:

* Proven experience of 5–7 years in Human Resources.
* Strong experience in Performance Management and Payroll Administration in all related aspects.
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Professional HR certifications such as PHRi or SHRM are preferred.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent command of the English language and computer proficiency.
