Responsibilities:
Previous experience in hospitality venues with diverse beverage operations.
Review inventory records and stock movements.
Analyze cost variances and prepare reports.
Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Previous 5 - 7 years of experience in Cost Control, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
