Senior Accountant
Al-Markazia Restaurant is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team in Al-Madina Al-Munawara Street, Amman.
Responsibilities:
• Record and analyze daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and assist in the preparation of annual financial statements.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collection of payments and settlement of obligations.
• Supervise payroll and employee financial entitlements.
• Monitor accounting operations related to inventory and operational costs.
• Assist in the preparation of tax reports and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
• Handle cash payments and expenses, and prepare bank reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audit processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 4 to 6 years of practical experience in accounting, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local tax laws.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and accuracy in handling numbers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage work pressure.
