Figtree Ventures is seeking a qualified and experienced Purchasing / Procurement Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all purchasing department activities to ensure timely supply with the best price and quality.
  • Manage relationships with local and international suppliers.
  • Review and approve purchase orders and invoices in coordination with the finance team.
  • Monitor local and international markets for prices and sourcing opportunities.
  • Prepare regular purchasing reports and updates for top management.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of purchasing staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement management.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
