Purchasing / Procurement Manager
Figtree Ventures is seeking a qualified and experienced Purchasing / Procurement Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all purchasing department activities to ensure timely supply with the best price and quality.
- Manage relationships with local and international suppliers.
- Review and approve purchase orders and invoices in coordination with the finance team.
- Monitor local and international markets for prices and sourcing opportunities.
- Prepare regular purchasing reports and updates for top management.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of purchasing staff.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in procurement management.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in procurement systems and MS Office.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
