Human Resources Officer

 HR Officer 

Responsibilities:

Payroll:

Prepare accurate monthly payroll and ensure timely delivery.

Handle financial obligations such as deductions, insurance, and taxes according to local regulations.


Leaves & Attendance:

Track annual, sick, or emergency leave requests and record them in the system.

Monitor staff attendance and ensure compliance with working hours.


Insurance:

Manage and update employee health and social security insurance with relevant authorities.


Recruitment & Interviews:

Announce job vacancies through proper channels (job boards, social media).

Receive and screen applications, schedule interviews, and follow up on recruitment procedures.


Additional HR Duties:

Support in preparing employment contracts, records, and job descriptions.

Assist in training programs and onboarding new employees
