Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

  • Regularly inventory cleaning supplies and request necessary items.

  • Train and evaluate staff, assigning tasks appropriately.

  • Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping issues with the front desk.

  • Perform daily inspections of rooms and public areas.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional service.

 

Required qualifications:

  • The applicant must have successfully completed the requirements of high school or have a diploma or bachelor's degree in hotel management is an added advantage.
  • High communication skills.
  • Must have high administrative skills to lead the team.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience as a manager of the housekeeping department in hotels.
  • The applicant must be at least 29 years old and not more than 39 years old, and the applicant must be a resident of Amman and its environs.
