Prepare and develop coffee and beverage recipes.
Supervise product quality and train barista staff.
Manage inventory related to the barista section.
Ensure cleanliness and compliance with health and safety standards.
Deliver an exceptional guest experience that reflects the resort’s identity.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the barista field.
Advanced knowledge of coffee types and brewing techniques.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
