F&B Captain/ Waiter

A hotel in Amman is looking to hire a Captain

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately take orders and enter them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Track invoices and payments and ensure their accuracy.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Previous experience in restaurants or hotels.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
