Digital Marketing and Social Media Specialist

Job Objective:
To achieve the hotel’s marketing goals through digital marketing strategies and creative content across digital platforms and modern social media channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Professionally manage the restaurant's social media platforms to enhance the brand’s positive image.
• Analyze feedback and comments from guests and customers and use them to improve the customer experience.
• Create creative and engaging content that reflects the restaurant’s identity and boosts engagement.
• Respond to comments and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and implement them effectively.
• Maintain ongoing communication with guests to promote the restaurant and its special offers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong skills in creating creative content, photography, simple graphic designs, and short videos.
• Good knowledge of paid social media advertising and campaign performance analysis.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to customers professionally.
• Ability to write engaging marketing content in both Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with design tools and content management platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure efficiently.
• Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Commitment and full dedication to working hours.
