Deputy Resort Manager

Al Mohra Resort is seeking to hire a Deputy Resort Manager with solid expertise in operational and support management to contribute to leading a professional operational environment that supports an exceptional guest experience within a destination that combines equestrian activities, hospitality, and premium events.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the resort’s operational and support functions.
• Monitor the efficiency of the Human Resources, Procurement, Maintenance, Security & Safety, and Quality departments.
• Ensure the readiness of facilities and operational services while maintaining business continuity.
• Monitor operational performance, KPIs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Supervise the implementation of quality, safety, and risk management standards.
• Support senior management in developing and improving institutional operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of practical experience in operations management or operational administration.
• Leadership experience in hospitality environments, resorts, hotels, or multi-service organizations.
• Strong knowledge of support operations management and interdepartmental coordination.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in quality management, safety, and facilities management is preferred.
