Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. The role involves assisting in basic food preparation and ensuring hygiene standards are met in all kitchen tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Washing and preparing fruits and vegetables
Basic food prep under the supervision of chefs
Assisting in the cleaning and organizing of the kitchen
Supporting senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
Ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
Following instructions and maintaining a clean and efficient workstation
Requirements:
Passion for cooking and willingness to learn
Ability to follow hygiene and food safety guidelines
Good teamwork and communication skills
Previous experience is a plus but not required
