Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist in food preparation and cooking.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes in your section.
  • Collaborate with the head chef to develop menu items.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Monitor and manage inventory for your section.


  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
  • Culinary degree or certification is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen equipment.
  • Creative and passionate about culinary arts.
  • Leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
