Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist in food preparation and cooking.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes in your section.
- Collaborate with the head chef to develop menu items.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory for your section.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen equipment.
- Creative and passionate about culinary arts.
- Leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure kitchen environment.
