We are looking for an experienced catering manager with a leadership personality and extensive experience in the field of party planning and catering, to join our dynamic team and take responsibility for the management and coordination of events with the highest quality and professionalism.
Strong leadership personality and high tact and interpersonal skills.
Strong network of relationships with clients and party planners.
Minimum of 8 years of practical experience in the field of parties and catering.
Proven ability to manage and organize events efficiently.
Excellent coordination, negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs.
Preferably those with previous experience in Lebanese restaurants.
Full supervision of catering services for various events and events.
Plan ahead and ensure that events are carried out efficiently and professionally.
Build and develop strategic and long-term relationships with customers.
Manage the team, distribute tasks, and organize daily work schedules.
Ensure the highest standards of quality in catering and service.
