We are looking for passionate and experienced candidates for
Captain Waiter / Floor Captain
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support the service team during shifts
• Ensure smooth restaurant operations and high service standards
• Handle guest concerns professionally
• Coordinate table arrangements and staff duties
• Train and guide waiters when needed
Requirements:
✔ 2–4 years of experience in restaurants or the hospitality industry
✔ Previous experience supervising service staff and dining operations
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Ability to manage workflow and work under pressure
✔ Presentable appearance and professional attitude
✔ Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints professionally
✔ Good knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards
✔ English language proficiency is preferred
