Establishes good relationships with both guests & colleagues.
Implements and follows the various administrative instructions and regulations.
Preserves the cleanliness, responsible for the proper set-up, maintenance and operation of the coffee bar area and all equipment.
Follows accurate equipment operating procedures to ensure the safe and efficient use of all machines.
Informs his direct Supervisor in case of loss or damage of Section equipment or machines.
Receives print outs and prepares guests’ orders.
Assures accurate execution of orders in accordance with standard recipes and mixes as prescribed in the menu.
Washes and sterilizes equipment and utensils and arranges them for attractive display.
Takes responsibility of preparing their supplies orders three times a week and makes sure there is no shortage of anything.
Notices guests’ comments regarding drink, service, and general atmosphere. Reports these observations to the Manager.
Offers suggestions and practical solutions based on personal observations and feedback received from guests.
Maintains accurate records of all Section stock.
