Job Purpose:
To support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer
Requirements:
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in restaurant management or hospitality.
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets.
Good knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene procedures.
Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using POS systems and restaurant management software.
Ability to work under pressure and flexible working hours (evenings, weekends, holidays).
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
A degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management is a plus.
