Assistant Chef required to work in a production kitchen
We are looking for an energetic and committed individual to join a kitchen team specialising in preparing Jordanian and Levantine cuisine for delivery, in a fast-paced and organised working environment.
Duties:
Preparing and prepping ingredients (washing, chopping, prepping)
Assisting the chef in preparing dishes according to instructions
Keeping the work area tidy and clean at all times
Helping to prepare daily orders and takeaway orders
Adhering to hygiene and food safety standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in kitchens or restaurants is preferred
Ability to work quickly and cope with high order volumes
