We're Hiring – Business Development & Sales Executive

Location: Amman – Al-Madina Al-Monawara Street

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to generate leads.
  • Develop strategies for reaching out to clients and identifying their needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with potential clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close high-value deals.
  • Manage and nurture client accounts after conversion.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings to present our services.
  • Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build an efficient sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
