We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to generate leads.
- Develop strategies for reaching out to clients and identifying their needs.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with potential clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and close high-value deals.
- Manage and nurture client accounts after conversion.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings to present our services.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Build an efficient sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
