Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in pastry or dessert preparation (French or Western style preferred).

  • Strong skills in baking, decoration, and presentation.

  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards.

  • Creative approach to flavor and visual design.

  • Ability to work within a team and meet production deadlines.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and decorate a variety of desserts, pastries, and cakes.

  • Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.

  • Maintain ingredient quality and proper storage.

  • Assist in developing new menu items and seasonal desserts.

  • Maintain a clean and organized pastry station that adheres to hygiene standards.
