Job Opportunity: Business Support Executive – Amiral Tours & Travel

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Business Support Executive to assist our General Manager in a dynamic travel and ticketing environment. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent customer experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the GM in daily tasks and work facilitation
  • Manage and coordinate customer interactions
  • Support ticketing and travel-related processes
  • Maintain high-quality customer service standards

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent soft skills and interpersonal communication
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Basic knowledge of travel and ticketing processes
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
