Role Summary

The receivable accountant has overall responsibility for the daily sales cash & credit receiving and maintain proper and complete receivable files to secure the daily revenue by verifying and post all the daily transactions in all stores on daily basis

Essential Role Functions and responsibilities

  • Post daily revenue transaction for all stores on daily basis into accounting system.
  • Reconcile the daily revenue payment even its cash or credit card payment method.
  • Ensure all cash daily revenue deposited into company bank account by bank receipt received from stores manager.
  • Follow up with credit card company to ensure receiving the credit card payment.
  • Match and reconcile credit card company statements on daily basis.
  • Ensure any credit invoice on any employee deducted and received through monthly payroll process.
  • Maintain daily report for all stores transaction and account receivable and deliver it to chief accountant.
  • Maintain account receivable record files on daily basis to secure the daily revenue transaction record.
