Strategies for Critical Thinking and Decision Making

In this course, we will delve into the secrets of critical thinking to acquire its specific skills and learn its strategies. Learners will be able to adjust their thinking approach to achieve broader and more balanced perspectives on critical issues and see things from a different point of view.

Together, we will learn how to analyze problems more deeply to make strategic decisions by mastering the art of asking the right questions, challenging assumptions and arguments, and gaining a clear understanding of others' perspectives.

Throughout this training course, we will learn how to test hypotheses and understand the mechanisms of both sound thinking and fallacies (logical errors) to arrive at the best and most effective solutions, which directly impact our decisions as individuals, managers, and employees.

We will discuss thinking methods to help you identify the most suitable thinking approach for you, which will assist in assessing and addressing your cognitive and intellectual strengths and weaknesses.
