In addition, he is a consultant and trainer in the field of creativity and innovation development.
Problem Solving and Decision Making in the Workplace

The Problem Solving and Decision Making in the Workplace course is a free course offered by Edraak. It introduces learners to the different types of problems that may occur in the workplace, how to deal with them, the relationship between problems and opportunities, and how to develop an action plan for evaluating the outcome of our decision making.
