Jordan Restaurant Association (JRA) has launched 100 free places on new professional development programmes via Ahlan.Jobs, aimed at supporting employers to manage their workforce and meet and exceed customer expectations as the tourism industry rebuilds.

The Effective Recruitment programme covers the following topics:

• Preparing your advertisement
• Recruitment channels
• The selection process
• Implementing inclusive recruitment and selection practices
• Jordanian employment law and workers’ rights
