Jordan Restaurant Association (JRA) has launched 100 free places on new professional development programmes via Ahlan.Jobs, aimed at supporting employers to manage their workforce and meet and exceed customer expectations as the tourism industry rebuilds.

The Customer Focus Service Quality programme covers the following topics:

  • Customer Service Ambassador - focus everyone in working together towards a key goal of customer service excellence throughout the Jordanian hospitality and travel and tourism industries
