The 9-month training program includes theoretical and practical classes in working in the Hospitality industry ,Product, services &Support in the Hospitality industry , knowledge of Customer service skills in the Hospitality industry , as well as the international system for Hotel reservation . The course will also cover safe food handling, HACCP and an introduction to entrepreneurship.
